Thank you all for your lovely comments on my last post and I am now happy to say that the necessary permission came through to use a couple of images and my new blog - The Silk Weaver's House has now gone "live".

This new project is going to demand a lot of research which I know you enjoy doing Irene and so I am really looking forward to not only enjoying watching the construction of your Silk Weaver's House but also of learning something about the entire process and what it was really like to live as a weaver back then.
